How long do Burnora candles burn?+
Depending on size, our candles offer 45–60 hours of clean, even burn time. Each product page lists its exact burn time.
What wax do you use?+
We pour with natural soy, coconut and premium wax blends — chosen for a cleaner, longer, soot-minimal burn.
Do you ship across India?+
Yes. We ship pan-India, with free shipping on orders over ₹1,499. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I order custom or personalized candles?+
Absolutely. Visit our Custom Candles page to request custom shapes, colours, fragrances, labels and packaging — with names, messages or logos.
Do you offer corporate and bulk gifting?+
Yes — from 25 units upward, with full branding and pan-India delivery. Request a quote on our Corporate Gifting page.
How should I care for my candle?+
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly on the first burn, and never leave a candle unattended.
What is your return policy?+
Unused candles in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable.
